A: Prices are per mile from the point of pick up to drop off, except in the case of set fares (from the airport etc0 in which case the fare is for one drop off. Any extra drop offs are
charged as extra
Q: What vehicles do you have?
A: We Provide 4 to 8 seat vehicles and executive vehicles. For larger parties we also provide 16 to 24 seat mini coaches and executive mini coaches. We also have an extensive fleet of
wheelchair access vehicles.
Q: Do infants count?
A: Yes they do. The law states that ever person requires there own seat. We cannot exceed this as it would invalidate our insurance
Q: How much luggage can I take?
A: It all depends on the size of vehicle booked. Typically a saloon car can cary up to 4 passengers with 2 – 3 cases, estate car 4 passengers with room for extra luggage, 8 seat mini bus up
to 8 passengers with 7 – 8 cases. 16 seater up to 11 passengers with up to 11 cases and 24 seater with up to 18 passengers with up to 18 cases
Q: Do you have to have a booster or baby seat
A; This is not required by law but if you wish to use your own seat we will keep hold of it and bring it back for your return
Q: What if my flight is early or delayed?
A: We will monitor your flight and dispatch your vehicle at the appropriate time
Q Will I be charged if my flight is delayed?
A: No. Again we will monitor your flight and dispatch your vehicle at the appropriate time
Q: What happens if my flight is cancelled?
A: For outgoing flights, if you call us as soon as you know we will either cancel it or put it on hold for a later time. In either case there would not be a charge. We monitor all incoming
flights so in the case of a cancelled flight we would cancel it until we hear from you
Q: Where do I find my vehicle/driver when I land?
A: The driver will have been provided with your mobile number. He will contact you on your arrival and explain where to meet him. In the case of meet and greet the driver will be waiting at
the terminal with a name board, with your name, company name or company logo, Again he will have been provided with you mobile number in case of any problems
Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?
A: If you cannot locate your driver please contact the office and we will either contact the driver for you or provide you with the drivers mobile number
Q: What if I miss my flight/
A: If you miss your flight please contact us immediately and we will either cancel or re schedule your booking
Q: What if my flight is diverted to another airport?
A: If your flight is diverted we will automatically cancel the booking. Please contact us to let us know if you want us to re book
Q: Do I have to book online?

Q: Will you pick us up at any time of day/night?
A: We operate a 24 hour service. We will pick you up any time of day or night at no extra charge
Q: Do I need to pay in advance?
A: For taxis/MPVs up to 8 seats you can simply pay the driver. For larger vehicles (16/24 seat mini coaches) we do require full payment in advance
Q: Can I pay cash?
A: For vehicles up to 8 seats you can just pay cash to the driver. For larger vehicles we require full payment in advance
Q: Do you charge extra for credit card bookings?
A: we charge a £3.00 surcharge for bookings below £100.00. For bookings above this we de not take a surcharge

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?
A; All prices are based on per vehicle regardless of how many are travelling
Q: How early do I need to book?
A: Most times we can dispatch a car to you within 5 minutes. For Airport/Train station booking we recommend booking at least an hour in advanced. For bookings during rush hour we recommend
booking the day before. Mini coaches need to be booked as early as possible in advanced ast the tend to get booked up at busy times
Q: What is your refund and cancellation policy?
A: We will refund fully any cancellation made at within a reasonable time. There would be a cancellation charge if the vehicle has already been dispatched. The cost of this would depend on
what expenses have been incurred by the driver
Q: Do i need to pay extra for via journeys?
A: All prices given are based on the information you give to us. Any deviation from this could incur an extra charge
Q: Do you charge extra during Xmas and New Year period?
A: We do charge extra on some days over the festive season, However we always endeavour to keep this to a minimum. Please visit our website in December for up to date
